DoTI is a full-service FF&E consultancy specialised in bringing design-led expertise and hands-on project services to London's workplace, hospitality and education communities.
Founded by Simon Willis and Dominique Gonfard, DoTI merges Simon’s 30+ years of practical, coordination-focused workplace experience with Dominique’s unique market perspective derived from 20+ years across workplace, hospitality and education project strategy and management.
For Dominique, a foray into furniture began with a bespoke, limited edition manufacturing business she founded in New York City in 2009. Dominique developed and licensed exclusive product ranges designed by leading architects and interior designers based in the US and Europe, with manufacturing partnerships in Mexico, China, the US, and Slovenia to serve projects and clients including Hyatt Hotels, Disney Cruises, and Google. Today, Lerival’s Felt Stool remains housed in the permanent collection of New York's Museum of Modern Art.
Simon’s furniture career began with an honours degree in Furniture Design. For 16 years, he worked as a Designer developing workstations for a leading UK manufacturer, where he considered all details - from aesthetics and features to ergonomic support and human-centric engagement. Simon then moved dealer-side, where he coordinated complex projects for leading A&D clients, most recently leading in house furniture for prominent London practices.
Simon and Dominique joined forces in 2025 as DoTI to deliver focused expertise to clients via tailored project services, underwritten by robust brand partnerships and complemented by bespoke fabrication capabilities for projects large and small.
